How many rooms are available at The Holroyd Centre?

The Holroyd Centre has three rooms (1 large/1 medium/1 small) or two rooms (1 XLarge/1 Large) The room sizes vary depending on number of guests, seating and table arrangements. As a supplement to our rooms and for use by our clients are the common areas such as the large open foyer and private courtyard.

How many people can The Holroyd Centre accommodate for an event?

Are you able to cater for special dietary requirements?

Our chefs can create a menu specifically catering to special dietary requirements. For example menu items that cater to vegetarians, vegans, Celiacs and other food intolerance and allergies.

Do you have a DJ?

Yes we can book and arrange a DJ. Some of our event packages already include a DJ as part of the package. For packages that do not already include a DJ, you can request to have this added to your package or alternatively you may arrange your own DJ>

Do you request a deposit?

To secure your date and package, all we ask is a $500.00 deposit. The deposit can be paid in person or alternatively by credit card over the phone or via direct deposit.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due a minimum of seven (7) days prior to your event. You are welcome to set-up a payment plan, please speak to your Event Coordinator to make arrangements.

Do you have parking?

Free onsite car parking is available at The Holroyd Centre. Please discuss at time of booking.

What time can our decorator, DJ or band access the venue to set up our Reception, Party or Special Event?

Prior to your event, we will advise when access can be provided for additional items or suppliers that have been approved. The minimum amount of time is 1 hour prior but we can sometimes offer more depending on the day. Please feel free to discuss this with your Function Coordinator.
