FAQ – Weddings

Can we hold our Civil Ceremony (wedding or naming day) at your venue?

We have a few indoor options at the Holroyd Centre including Our Rooms our grand-staircase in our magnificent foyer or alternatively our private courtyard would suit a small group for your outdoor wedding ceremony. The stunning Holroyd Gardens Rotunda is another venue located approximately 2 – 3 minutes drive from the Holroyd Centre. Please speak with our Wedding Functions and Event team for pricing and availability.

Do you have get-away car options or do we find our own supplier?

Yes you are able to find and book your own get-away car option.
We negotiate with operators prepared to offer discounts and incentives simply because you have selected The Holroyd Centre, so please feel free to request a get-away car to be included as an addition to your wedding reception package.

Can we use our own Wedding Cake Supplier?

We offer an amazing variety of designs and fillings, all at a fraction of the cost of retail, however, yes you may use your own Cake Artist to design and make your wedding cake.

Are you able to cater for special dietary requirements?

Our chefs are highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. They can create a menu specifically catering to special dietary requirements. For example menu items that cater to vegetarians, vegans, Celiacs and other food intolerance and allergies.

Do you have a DJ?

Yes we can book and arrange a DJ. Some of our wedding packages already include a DJ as part of the package. For packages that do not already include a DJ, you can request to have this added to your package or alternatively you may arrange your own DJ>

Do you request a deposit?

To secure your date and package, all we ask is a $500.00 deposit. The deposit can be paid in person or alternatively by credit card over the phone or via direct deposit.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due a minimum of seven (7) days prior to your event. You are welcome to set-up a payment plan, please speak to your Event Coordinator to make arrangements.
