History

The Holroyd Gardens Park was originally the historic site of Goodlet and Smith Brickpit. Some of the area has been redeveloped and the site of the clay pit that was filled is now the Holroyd Gardens Park. The Holroyd Gardens Estate incorporates some of the remains of the brick pit including heritage brickwork kilns and associated buildings.

The area provides brides and grooms with exceptional opportunities for a picturesque photographic setting. We have had brides and grooms in the past use the area for pre-wedding photographs and have had entire bridal parties use the setting on their wedding day.

The Holroyd Gardens Park will provide a breathtaking and amazing entrance whether by horse and cart, sports car, hummer or limousine. We have a package that will allow your Bridal car only VIP entry from the gate through the beautiful sandstone driveway that leads straight to the rotunda where your groom, bridal party and guests will be waiting.

By holding your ceremony as a garden wedding and then following up with a beautiful and exclusive reception at the Holroyd Centre you are guaranteed that not even the rain will put a frown on your day. You have the select choice of being able to keep your ceremony in the garden under the rotunda which is covered or relocate your ceremony indoors at the Holroyd Centre with no hassle or no fuss.

At each location being the Holroyd Gardens Park for your ceremony and the Holroyd Centre for your exclusive reception and wedding celebration with loved ones there is ample parking available.
