How many rooms are available at The Holroyd Centre?

The Holroyd Centre has three rooms (1 large/1 medium/1 small) or two rooms (1 XLarge/1 Large) The room sizes vary depending on number of guests, seating and table arrangements. Plus The Holroyd Centre has a large open foyer for multiple uses.

How many people can The Holroyd Centre accommodate for a conference?

What events do you cater for?

The Holroyd Centre welcomes Corporate Conferences, business meetings, dinners and events, workshops, training, luncheons, gala dinners, award presentations, Christmas parties, product launches, team building days, seminars, presentations and more!

Do you have a licensed bar?

We have a licensed bar that only opens for Corporate Events by request. Many of our clients have held 3 – 5 day training seminars and conferences with happy hour events and dinners.

Do you have parking?

Free onsite car parking is available at The Holroyd Centre. Please discuss at time of booking.

Do you have accommodation?

The Holroyd Centre has a partnership with the Novotel in Parramatta where guests of the Holroyd Centre will receive exclusive rates on their accommodation.

The Holroyd Centre does not have accommodation however Parramatta CBD is only 5 minutes drive away and accessible by bus, train and taxi services from Merrylands.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes! Our venue is accessible for wheelchairs and prams. For events that are held upstairs we also have lift access.

Can we tailor food packages?

Our menus are your guide to the wonderful world of food at The Holroyd Centre. Our buffets provide greater selection to cater for your clients and/or guests. The Holroyd Centre Function Co-ordinator together with the team of Chefs can cater for any tastes and are available to discuss your specific needs.

Do you cater for special meals?

With notice of 3 – 5 days prior to your function or event the Holroyd Centre is able to cater for special dietary requirements for example, Vegan, Vegetarian, Celiac and food allergies.

Can we bring our own food?

The Holroyd Centre has a full-time operational kitchen with certified and qualified chefs. Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to bring your own food. If you are looking to cater your own function with your own home cooked food or other external caterers then you might like to try Cumberland Council on 8757 9000 and enquire about their Community Centres and Halls.
